In the midst of a bustling rock n' roll career, singer-songwriter JASON HOFER experienced a life-altering biking accident. He spent the next six-months of his life recovering from a broken neck and shattered dreams.
During this time, he dusted off his acoustic guitar and harmonica and began writing and composing a large collection of original folk/roots and gospel/blues influenced songs which would form the foundations of his soon to be self-titled solo project and debut album 'SCARS'.
Jason has been performing these songs of brokenness, hope, and healing throughout Western Canada, and is currently based in Southern Alberta, where he is producing his next album at Refinery Record Room in Bragg Creek. The first single 'Lost' is set to be released October 20, 2023.
